I am Mateo Zabala, born and raised in the majestic Galapagos Islands, a haven of unique biodiversity and the birthplace of evolutionary theory. Growing up in such an amazing place and diverse cultures has shaped how I see the world. Being in this unique environment has taught me to deeply appreciate the connection between people and nature, emphasizing our responsibility for the impact we have on the Earth.

I have decisively closed the chapter on my previous life to embark on an extraordinary journey, a quest for self-discovery and a deeper understanding of the world. Setting sail from the Galapagos Islands to East Asia, I had navigated the vast expanse of the Pacific, embracing the challenge of self-sufficiency on a sailboat. This voyage is a gateway to exploring diverse cultures, traditions, and best practices of various Pacific archipelagos.
Currently anchored in Singapore,I'm diving into the world of modernization and advanced technology. Here, I see a mix of new ideas, environmental care, and human progress working together. Soon, I'll head to South Asia to explore its rich culture, permaculture, eco-friendly architecture, and more, as I keep learning and growing in life.
